Shoot Terms
Wilf Studio ("we/us") agrees to provide photography services and deliver the images outlined in your booking invoice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your shoot date. Payment of the invoice confirms acceptance of these terms.
If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 7 days before the shoot and we will find a new date at no extra cost. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the shoot will be refunded in full. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable.
We aim to deliver your edited images within 5 working days of the shoot. We will provide up to 2 rounds of minor adjustments (cropping, colour correction) at no extra charge. Further edits may be charged at our standard rate.
Copyright in all images remains with Wilf Studio. You are granted a perpetual, commercial licence to use the images across digital and print media for your business. This includes sharing images with third parties working on your behalf (designers, press, social media managers). This licence does not extend to resale of the images, use in published books or editorial collections, or sublicensing to third parties for their own commercial use.
You shall not use our images, in whole or in part, for training, developing or operating any artificial intelligence systems or tools. You shall not alter or manipulate the images using artificial intelligence technology without our prior written consent.
Responsible AI usage: we may use AI tools to support research, ideation and production efficiency. All final creative decisions are made by humans. AI is not used to generate or replace final deliverables.
In the event of circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, severe weather, or public emergency), we will reschedule at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible within 3 months, a full refund will be issued.
These terms represent the entire agreement between us. Any changes must be agreed in writing by both parties.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
